Arrival at the starting point. Here, you'll meet our
expert local guide, who will lead you through the most
fascinating trails of the volcano.

Begin your hike or horseback ride toward Cerro
Chino, under a starry sky. The calm of the nightwill accompany you as you immerse yourself in the volcanic landscape.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required, which secures your tour booking.
REFUND OR DATE CHANGE:
If the cancellation is due to reasons unrelated to weather conditions, you can receive a full refund (minus
the deposit) or reschedule your tourwithin one year at no extra cost.
GENERAL CANCELLATION:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour to receive a partial refund, excluding the deposit mentioned earlier. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
CRATER ACCESS:
Access to the crater is restricted for safety reasons. Our certified guide will determine the safest accessible point in accordancewith strict regulations. Your safety is our top priority.
