OUR GUIDES

All of our ready-to-go itineraries were created thinking of you. Our team of talented guides obtained many certifications and numerous training days before they start guiding tours. Add this to their hands-on experiences, and you have the best guides in town !
OUR BASE CAMP
We now offer a unique experience with our newly built cabins made from recycled materials. This aligns with our mission of environmental stewardship and teaches the principles of recycling to the children in our projects. Rest assured, all materials used in our cabins are treated for safety.

We are committed to environmental sustainability, so we offer two accommodation options. For those who prefer traditional camping, we provide high-quality tents that are insulated, waterproof, and certified to withstand 30mph winds. Additionally, we only allow two people per tent to ensure plenty of space and comfort.

OUR MEALS

Who knows best when it comes to proper eating before hiking a volcano? The locals, of course ! You will therefore enjoy the hearty meals they will prepare for you. From scrambled eggs with ham, fried black beans, cheese, tortillas, and coffee for breakfast, to a traditional Guatemalan dish for lunch. (If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know, and we will make the necessary replacements.)

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required, which secures your tour booking.
REFUND OR DATE CHANGE:
If we cancel your reservation for any reason other than weather-related issues, you will receive a full refund. Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your reservation within one year at no additional cost.
GENERAL CANCELLATION:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour to receive a partial refund, excluding the deposit mentioned earlier. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS:
If the tour is canceled due to adverse weather conditions during the tour, participants must follow the lead guide's instructions. No refunds will be issued due to the unpredictable weather and for the safety of all participants.
